The weir thing for me is that I have tried the same Code Generator project on both Windows XP and Windows 7 boxes, it works on the Windows XP box but got the exactly same error on the Windows 7 box.

I have figured out the reason why it failed in Windows 7.

The reason is that the VSZ files was saved with encoding other than ANSI!

BCLin - I have tried converting the files from UTF - 8 to ANSI and still doesn't work. Did that solve the problem for you?
