Can anyone help me get Chris's code working? Has anyone got this working with VWDE 2008 / SQL Server 2008 Express?

Chris has omitted to include download instructions in his book (that apply to VWDE), zip files and blog. I did enter this query on Chris's blog site 2 weeks ago, but haven't received a reply.

I would prefer to get C# version running but at this time would settle for VB version.

I would like to open a website folder with VWDE.

1) What files and folders should be included in this website folder?
2) What references, if any, need to be set up?
3) What changes are required in web.config connection strings?
4) I presume I copy the ASPNETDB database from the database zip download into the App_Data folder
5) What else do I need to do?

I expect this advice will be of benefit to many readers.

I also hope Chris attends to his sample live site. Currently it has many glitches and empty links.
