nested Dropdownlist in gridview

how i can get the selected items from the drop down list which is enclosed in to the gridview,
i know how to get it in case of the single dropdownlist
i know hot to chive control over the dropdownlist in grid view
but i dont know how to get those selected items from the grid view
and how i can store it to the database using Linq.
urgent reply is needed
