Is the book out eventually?

Sorry for off-topic but there is no chance for me to buy it in a bookstore so I am completely unaware. There are no reviews at Amazon and I didn't see any references anywhere else. From the other hand I am sure it is one of the best books on the subject. So is it really out?

Yes, it's in stock and available at Amazon too. I haven't checked the other US retailers. It does take it at least an extra month to reach European stores and Alexei, I'm not sure when (if ever) it would make it to a Russian shop. :)
