I think you have the wrong forum. This is the forum for the MVC book. I think you want the one for the Entity Framework.

You need to download the MVC code from http://thebeerhouse.codeplex.com. You have the ASP.NET 3.5 code for demonstrating the Entity Framework, they are not the same. That is the first step of what you need to do to run the Beer House MVC.

Thanks for the reply,
I downloaded the source from the site that you mentioned. It works. However The solution can not find the Setup (TBH_Setup) and the the deploy (TBH_Deploy) projects.
Thanks

Hello to all,
I just started working the beer house project and at the moment I am trying to load the project into VS 2008. I have also installed the prerequisites suggested by the book.

However, when I try to load the TheBeerHouse.sln file, VS 2008 says that the project type TheBeerHouse.csproj is not supported by this installation. When I try to load any other. csproj projects VS 2008 loads them fine.

So, is there any problem with the files you have uploaded or is something wrong with my system?

Thank you in advanced

By the way... there is on the VB source code in http://thebeerhouse.codeplex.com/ .

My guess is that you didn't install the ASP.NET MVC 1.0 framework.
