Default VS.NET Command Prompt

I'm trying to create the SNK file, but I can't find the command prompt from within VS.NET, which apparently exists.
p.33-34 in the book.
Am I nuts?

Hi there,

AFAIK, the Command prompt for Visual Studio .NET cannot be reached from within VS.NET itself. It's located under the Visual Studio Tools menu item under the Start Menu.....

Alternatively, run a command like this (that's where the menu item links to):

%comspec% /k "C\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2003\Common7\Tools\vsvars32.bat"
