Default Cannot make site work

Hi, I downloaded the site code, restored database and sucessfullly rebuilt the solution, but I got the error when I tried to access the site:

Hi, found the problem, I just need to make C:/Windows/temp directory read/write access since XmlSerializer needs read/write access to the temp folder.
