Default the SQL stored procedures

Hi!
I'm trying to rebuild the database from this book for Microsoft Access as my few months trial of SQL Server has run out.
Therefore, I can't see inside the .bak backup file of the database that comes with the code download. I'd like to see the SQL stored procedures but can't, and very few of them are fully documented in the book. Anyone know where I can see them? Or do you have any other ideas for converting to MS Access?
Thank you
Ben
