Error Building VB Source in 1.1.4322

When I am trying to build the solution I am having this error.

E:\Source\ASP.NET Website Programming\wrox\ThePhileVB\Controls\Server\Naviga tor.vb(42): 'Public Sub Transform(input As System.Xml.XPath.IXPathNavigable, args As System.Xml.Xsl.XsltArgumentList, output As System.IO.TextWriter)' is obsolete: 'You should pass XmlResolver to Transform() method'

I am using the wrong version ? Can this code be fixed/upgraded ?
