Default Error - context As HttpContext not defined

Hello,

I am typing the AppException class in VB.NET 2003 and i can't get the compiler to recognize HttpContext type!. I keep getting the following error:

Type 'HttpContext' is not defined.
any idea why?

Default

remove the reference to system.web.dll from the core projects references and then added it making sure the you are using the file from your most current .net version
