Default Custom modifications to ThePhile

I would like to sell my boss on changing from Delphi to .NET, but until I do I am not allowed to spend any time on it. In the mean time, I am hoping to find someone that has taken the ThePhile application and modified it to use the Microsoft Application Blocks for .NET, connect to an Oracle DB, and possibly added some unit tests using NUnit. I believe that these addition features would definitely help my case.

Thanks,
Kevin
