Question Chapter7 Advertising - modify link

I'm wanting to change the target of the link to target=_blank
It defaults to target=_top

The full link renders as <a id="ctl00_Rotator" href="/PassThrough.aspx?AD=27" target="_top"><img src="/gfx/myadver-sm.gif" alt="advertising logo" style="border-width:0px;" /></a>

Any ideas?
