Default PhilePage Class on p. 58

In the sample code, the first line of code in the class PhilePage defines a protected instance of a Wrox.ThePhile.Web.Controls.User.SiteHeader named Header.

This seems out of sequence, because no where prior to this was the site header user control discussed or created.

Did I miss something????
