The book says there should be a PhileIdentity and PhilePrincipal class. The code I downloaded has a PhilePrincipal class, but no PhileIdentity class. However, it does have a SitePrincipal & SiteIdentity Class. Is the PhileIdentity class missing or is it not needed?

I had the same problem. I just used the SitePrincipal and SiteIdentity class instead of PhileIdentity and PhilePrincipal class.
It works fine for me.
