Default icecream07.mdb file

In chapter 7 of this book, it asks you to import a form from a file icecream07.mdb. This db file is not on the cd and the form it asks you to import is in the final copy of the icecream db but the code behind it doesn't look anything like what is in the book. I've learned alot from this book and would love to continue my learning but i need this partial database file. Any help would be greatly apprciated. The form name is "frmCriteria"

Thanks,
Branden

Brandon:
I use this book as a college textbook and I made the needed modifications for Chapter 7. I have a small database that only includes the beginning form and code that is expected at the beginning. I unfortunately don't see any way to send a file within this forum, but I can send an Internet address that I give my students to download the form. Just import the form to your IceCream database from the following Web address. http://elearn.mtsac.edu/mjohnson/CIS...ionalFiles.htm
Good luck.

Hello again cisProf,

I ran into some problems with your form and eventually had to rebuild it on my own. You might want to check the one you have, i had problems with getting it to let me select certain checkboxes so that i could enable the unbound object fromes that went with them. If you want to see my file, let me know. I finally go it to work like the examples show in the book. My contact info is

MS Messenger = [email protected] (can also e-mail me at this addy.

Talk to you soon
