Default Info on your book.

I am considering purchasing your book through Amazon.com, and I would like to know can you run eclipse and the JAVA development environment on the same PC/box that you have with MS Visual Studio 2010? Also what do you need to download onto your PC to have the integrated development environment in order to develop Android applications. Is the installation complicated and require downloading a great many different applications off the net. Please let me know so that I can make a decision whether I should precede with starting the study of Android development using your book? In other words will running the Android development environment clash with the Visual Studio 2010 ASP.NET frame work 4.0?

I have both Eclipse for Java & Visual Studio 2010 on my PC, and have no problems working with either. You can get a full explanation of how to set up Eclipse for Java/Android at the Android Development site:

http://developer.android.com/guide/index.html

It's not too bad to get set up.

Good luck! I am reading the book currently, and enjoying it very much.
