When trying to the run the program on pages 73 to 76, the program compiles and starts up. However, as soon as the button on the emulator is pressed Eclipse minimises the emulator and starts the debugger mode. The message is JNotificationManager$Stub$Proxy.enqueueNotificatio nWithTag(String ...) and the error message is 'Source not found'. Has anyone got any ideas?

I have found the answer eventually: the first line on the top of p 75 should be in bold too because it has to be added to the file, that is the line beginning
