I have just recently installed CS5.5 for DreamWeaver and I know it comes with a complete development environment for mobile Android phone apps. If that is the case, do I still need to install the all the Google software that you have listed in your book or will DreamWeaver CS5.5 be sufficient?

Well we are mostly users (readers) like yourself. I don't know anything about 'DreamWeaver CS5.5'. If you want to use any of the Google aps like maps you need to load those. I would assume if 'DreamWeaver CS5.5' says it can do Android programs you will not need any of the others.
