Emulator screen looks squashed?

Hi there

I choose the Build target for Project: Intent as Google APIs (2.3).

I now notice that the Android emulator screen seems squashed. Anyone else noticed this. Here's a picture to show what I mean. http://i44.tinypic.com/17bfvl.jpg

Any ideas how to fix it?
