Default chapter 10, Sever.exe
page 422, chapter 10 says there is a Server.exe program available in the source code downloads. I have not been able to find it. Anyone know where to get it?

You can even find the server.exe code in the previos version of the books downloadcode (Beginning Android 4 Application Development) in the zip folder Server app
