Default asp

I just began reading p2p asp 3.0 I tried the asp example you give your readers. I'm an aol member and use http://members.aol.com/screen name for my ftp storage space. I stored the asp program that creates the HTML and prints the time. All I got when I gave aol the http site was the html page displayed without the time. As if aol ignores <%...%> lines.
Since aol gave me the html, then it recognized the .asp
Can you help me? Trying to get help from aol re asp is an exercise in futility.
Thank you.

There are only two stupid questions: the one you don't ask, and the one you ask more than once ;)
