In the exercise to demo the creating local variables. I was wondering why the Option Explicit command was not used. Since it appears that this is a way to ensure that your variables are defined properly.
I did the exercise with the Option Explicit command and the only difference was that I had to declare the variable in each Sub procedure. I believe this is a better way of programming since it indicates that the variable is local.
