Default Microsoft JET Database Engine (0x80004005)

i was trying Connect.asp in ch12..
the follow \ing error msg is what i get.
how can i fix it.. i m using the code download from the website.

Sounds like it could be a problem with your MDAC components. Try reinstalling or updating MDAC. You may just need to register the necessary dll files again, but reinstalling is probably easier.

Here is is list of the dll's that the JetDB uses:
C:\WINNT\System32\Msjetoledb40.dll
C:\WINNT\System32\Msjet40.dll
C:\WINNT\System32\Mswstr10.dll
C:\WINNT\System32\Msjter40.dll
C:\WINNT\System32\Msjint40.dll
