No permission error on Chap 7, P.285

Tried ExecuteTransfer.asp out and got the following error message:

You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials you supplied.
************************************************** *********

I have set up all the permissions for IUSR_Machinename user on the Virtual Directory. Other files under this directory worked very well, e.g. PageChoice.html and choosePage.asp (P. 280-281).
