CH 15 AddBid.ASP

I want to add some informations in the file AddBid.ASP but the file could not be run and got the given below error.

Error Type:
Microsoft JET Database Engine (0x80040E14)
Syntax error (missing operator) in query expression 'ItemID ='.
/BegASP/AddBid.asp, line 11

So please help me, how can i get rid of this error !!!
