Chapter 15 page 662 error

Hello, I am getting the error below:

Active Server Pages error 'ASP 0224'

Cannot load TypeLib

/databasetesting/Clssfd.asp, line 1

Cannot load Type Library specified in the METADATA tag.

I found the msado15.dll file in the common file folder on my computer. So do I upload that to the server and then point to it somehow?
