How did you set the security permissions? To the database or to the folder?
What access rights did you grant to them and for what accounts? What security mechanism do you use on your site (e.g. Anonymous, Integrated or basic etc)? Are you using impersonation? (Look in the web.config file for that)

i think i have it working now i got another db to updata so there must be some thing wrong with my sql statement
