Default SQL Trouble

Can someone see any mistakes in the following SQL Statement...I think I need a new set of eyes??

 strSQL = "INSERT INTO"
        strSQL = strSQL & "Recruitment (RecruitID, FirstName, Initial, LastName, AddressLine01, AddressLine02, AddressLine03, City, ProvState, PostalZIP,"
        strSQL = strSQL & "PrimaryTelephone, AlternateTelephone, EMailAddress, DOB, IncomeLevel, IncomeDate, Occupation, FocusGroupNum, FocusGroupDate,"
        strSQL = strSQL & "Notes, LDEdit, LUEdit)"
        strSQL = strSQL & "VALUES"
        strSQL = strSQL & "('" & mRecruitID & "','" & mFirstName & "', '" & mInitial & "', '" & mLastName & "', '" & mAddress01 & "', '" & mAddress02 & "',"
        strSQL = strSQL & "'" & mAddress03 & "','" & mCity & "', '" & mProvState & "', '" & mPostalZIP & "', '" & mTelephoneNum & "', '" & mAlternateNum & "',"
        strSQL = strSQL & "'" & mEmail & "', '" & mDOB & "', '" & mIncomeLevel & "', '" & mIncomeDate & "', '" & mOccupation & "', '" & mFocusGroupNum & "',"
        strSQL = strSQL & "'" & mFocusGroupDate & "', '" & mNotes & "', '" & mLDEdit & "', '" & mLUEdit & "')"

Thanks,
Mark
