Default Help me about Hit counter using DB and Global.asax

hi every one i am developping a hit counter that uses Session_Start() event to increment for totall site viewer and decrementing when a session is expire or when the user left or End_Session() event fires but i see some incossistency in this approche the the first maybe works correct but the second seems that dont work correctly any idea about this how i can do this .

the SP is some thing like this
