Default Object reference not set to an instance of an obje

I get this when attempting to run the 'datacontrol' tutorial.. verified that code is exactly like the book except for the path which is: C:\Program Files\Microsoft.NE\SDK\v1.1\quickstart\aspplus\gro certogo\data\grocertogo.mdb.. any help is appreciated..tia.

nevermind, I found the problem..missing a line, forgot as I was attempting to debug after reinstalling .net framework..
