I have read the book and found that there was an error on Page 70. I post for comfirmation!
Input the code on Page 70 in WebMatrix and run but I get the result doesn't look like Figure 3-5
The code produces the drop down list in the page but the figure in the book demostrates the situation similar to Figure 3-6. I think the editor has the wrong figure pasted.
