Default Server Error in '/WroxUnited' Application

I am using VS 2005 on Windows 2000 Pro. I have set up the site according to Appendix B. When I try to acces the WroxUnited site (http://localhost/WroxUnited)I get the follwing error:

I am now getting the following error. Can someone help?

Found the solution here:

"- it seems I had the DB still opened inside my IDE (Visual Web Developer Express), in the database explorer. Right-clicking the database and selecting "close connection" fixed it."
