Hopefully some kind person might be able to help me out.
Chapter 13 is another chapter that confuses and doesn't appear to work.
What I've done is downloaded the finished source code for the chapter to see if it works.
I noticed that the try it out suggests to use a code behind where the downloaded code uses inline code. Anyway when I run it the first thing I noticed was that the checkbox for Use Membership Address when checked doesn't do anything so I just populated the textboxes myself.
Next after entering the Card Type and the expiry dates I clicked next and nothing happens!!

Can anyone please help?

Just to let ppl know that the code for chapter 13 is not functioning properly. The authors have been notified and are looking into it.
