Default Do I have the wrong book?

I have “Beginning ASP.NET 2.0” and in the first chapter it indicates I need to create my web site in Visual Basic. I wish to learn ASP.NET 2.0 in C #, should I have got Beginning ASP.NET 2.0 with C# instead?

If you can still return/exchange the book you got, yes, you'd want Beginning ASP.NET 2.0 with C# (ISBN: 0-470-04258-3) instead. If for some reason you can't return the one you already bought, all of the C# code is available for download from the web site:
http://www.wrox.com/WileyCDA/WroxTit...load_code.html
and you can get the C# code and follow along in the VB version of the book. There will be differences of course but the main concepts are the same.
