Default Page 14 C# book -> Create a Folder?

I am a visual thinker so forgive my use of screenshots.

On Page 14-15 I am lost in the exercise. I hate to sound like a kid but "I don't get it". Part of the problem is that I work full time and read this book either on the bus or at work while my macros are macro-ing. Then I come home hours later and try to play with VWD. This may not be the most effective method for learning this but it is the most effective use of my time. Anyways, I digress.

In exercise 2 it asks us to type the simple text "Home Page" in design view. [u]Did I do this right?</u> I didn't quite understand the instructions. Am I supposed to replace all the text with Home Page? Am I supposed to save it as HomePage? As you can see I replaced the words website with "Home Page". I hope the "winning" wrox soccer team sees this as an improvement.

On exercise 3 I am totally lost. It says "Create a folder for images by going to your Solution Explorer and right-clicking the root of your site"... As you can see the root is not as it is supposed to be and right clicking doesn't show the option "New Folder".

Thank you very much. Your help is much appreciated.

Hi Astrocloud,

The screen shot seems to indicate you are running in Debug mode, right? The Debug toolbar on the left has the Play arrow greyed out. If tat's the case, stop debugging by pressing the Stop button and try again. The New Folder option should become available.

If that doesn't help, can you tell us how you opened this web site in VWD? Did you open it through File | Open | Web Site?
