You can; by providing us with a lot more information so we can help you. What's the exact error? How are your pages related? Did you open the page as just a single (double clicking it in Windows Explorer) or as part of an existing web site? In the latter case, what site is this? How are the page structured and related to each other?
Without information like this, it's impossible to answer your question....
