Default Problem publishing site

Hi I have tried the adapte code to create a shopping cart from SQL Express to access (chapter 13).

Locally work very great, but I deleted, or at least I thought I had done, all possible references to SQL.
Just I delete the file ASPNETDB.MDF, and I try to publish the site, I get the error that it can not find the SQL server.

How is possible ?!
