When I display this page, it doesn't seem like the css for the size of the pictures is being used. I assume the following item should be used, which I have defined in Styles.css:

.itemContainer li imp
{
 width: 180px;
 margin: 10px 20px 10px 0;
}

What should I look for?

Is this copied directly from your CSS file? Take a look at this:

.itemContainer li imp

It should be img (from image) instead of imp:

.itemContainer li img
{
  width: 180px;
  margin: 10px 20px 10px 0;
}

If that doesn't fix it (maybe you made a typo in this post), can you explain the problem a little more?
