Default how do you change the graphics?

How do you look at the graphics in design view? The only way I can find to view what the pages look like is in run time.
I wanted to change some things but can't figure out how to find the graphic pages.

Rachel

( I ordered the books but they haven't arrived yet)

Hi Rachel,

You are probably using a path to the image that VWD doesn't understand. Try this:

1. Switch an ASPX page into Design View

2. From the Solution Explorer, drag and drop an image on the page

3. Switch to "Markup View"

You should now see the path for the image in the markup and you should see the image in Design View as well.

Hope this helps,

Imar

Thank you Imar!

I'm used to VB 6, where you insert the image control on the form. I was inserting the image control from the toolbox and it wouldn't do anything.

Even if you drag an Image from the toolbar, it should show up in Design View. Here's what works for me:

1. Switch to Design View

2. Drag an <asp:Image /> from the Standard category of the toolbox on the page

3. Press F4 to bring up the Properties Grid

4. Choose ImageUrl, browse for an image.

Hope this helps,

Imar
