To any reasonable customer who's willing to take some time to clearly describe a problem, request or bug report, together with a clear, concise and to the point series of steps describing the problem and the way to reproduce it. AFAIK, all issues are taken into consideration (which doesn't mean they are fixed of course).

So, you qualify just as much as I do.....
