I tried what you suggested. The Sidebar still wouldn't move up, unless I also move the <div id="Sidebar"> element to right after the <div id="Header"> element. Which means I cannot change the position of the Sidebar by just changing the theme.

Yes, that's correct. Because of the way CSS works, you need the Header and Footer next to each other so you can float them.

You can also look into absolute positioning: http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q...ng+CSS&aq=f&oq=
