Hi there,

You need to provide more information. Which page number and Try It Out exercise are you working on? How do you browse to the site? Which page raises this error and when exactly?

Default Chapter 15 - Cannot Log In

Hi,

I Opened Chapter 15 as a New Website.

Then I am trying to use the log in page.

I did encounter the same problem when doing the first Try it Out on Page 520.

Thanks

You still need to provide more information...

How exactly do you open the site? E.g. which folder do you choose? What do you see in the address bar of the browser? And when do you get the error exactly? When logging in? Or are you trying to reset your password?

It looks like the application tries to send an e-mail against the (placeholder) mail server in web.config: smtp.yourprovider.com

You need to change that to one of your own.

Cheers,

Imar
