Hi,

I am having a strange experience. In IIS, the Planet Wrox CSS is only working for Authenticated Users.

In other words, when I am logged in all the styles and images work correctly. When I am not logged in, the theme is removed and only image placeholders are displayed.

What could be causing this issue? I do not see where Authentication is associated with theme folders. The account running the app has Read access to all theme folders.
