Hi,
Working through chapter 3. Everything fine until step 5 on page 80. I don't have an option for build styles. Using VS express 2013. Typed the css by hand got to page 83 step 1 and I don't have an option for Library Package Manager. Did I miss something along the way?

It sounds like you're not using the 4.5.1 version of the book, but an earlier one, correct? Microsoft removed the Style Builder in VS 2013 so you need to just manually enter the code.

It should be there. Have you checked the menu structure to see if it's somewhere else? Otherwise, look under Tools | Extensions and Updates and search for NuGet. If it's there, you can install it using the same dialog.
