which version of visual studio should I install?
There seems to be different versions of visual studio out there, including community 2015. I actually couldn't find VSEW 2013. Which would be best, and what's the link for it?

You can also use the 2013 Community Edition. I wouldn't use 2015 yet as some stuff has changed making it harder to follow along with the book.

You could, but you'll find that stuff has changed or moved, making it harder to follow along. I would recommend following along with 2013 and install 2015 side by side to find out what's new.

So your recommendation to use both of it like 2013 and 2015. Okey I'll for both of it.

Yes, install them side by side. Then use 2013 to follow along with the book and 2015 for your own sites and experiments.
