Well, I know that for printing/publisher reasons the TIO don't start at the top of the page, but what I meant is to make a reference for people like me that want to go straight forward to the exercise on the page the index says, and skip the theory/explanation pages in some cases, that's why I said like a kind of separate index for the tryouts, or the exact reference (name,page) in the index.
