I'm gonna upload my portfolio to Microsoft Azure, It contains a Contact me form, Should I leave all setting as in the book, I'm confused about this point, could you please clarify How to set it up. my website will be (say): asdf.com

Are your talking about the mail settings? It depends on your current settings. If you use an external mail server like Yahoo or Gmail it'll likely just work.

You need to register a domain with a domain registrar like godaddy.com or one of the many others. Then you need to configure their DNS server to point your new domain to the IP address of your Azure web site.

It's too much for me to cover her, so I would recommend some Googling to familiarize yourself with the concepts.
