I'm using a commercial version of Visual Studio 2013. When I press Ctrl+F5 the browser does not automatically start and display the practice page. When I start the browser and navigate to the default.aspx file the browser does not render the content (Hello World etc.) I noticed that IIS does not appear in the System Tray and is not present when I open the Tray. I there a setup step I have bypassed or is there something more obvious I have missed. Thanks in advance for any help.

No, it should work as advertised after installing Visual Studio. Do you have security software running on your machine that might affect this?
