I save all my changes, then press CTRL+F5 and get the following error:
.....Warning 1 Unable to update auto-refresh reference 'microsoft.aspnet.friendlyurls.dll'. Cannot find assembly 'C:\Users\Imar\Documents\Visual Studio 2013\Projects\localhost_50404\packages\Microsoft.A spNet.FriendlyUrls.Core.1.0.2\lib\net45\Microsoft. AspNet.FriendlyUrls.dll'. C:\BegASPNET\Site\Bin\microsoft.aspnet.friendlyurl s.dll.refresh Site".....
I searched through the files in VS and did not find a reference to 'Users\Imar'

It picks up a hint path from the source code that I created. You should be able to resolve this by installing the Microsoft.AspNet.FriendlyUrls using the GUI or package manager command line.

I get this message: Site already has a reference to 'Microsoft.AspNet.FriendlyUrls.Core 1.0.2'.
Could there be a reference to this missing, or am I trying to install the wrong thing?

Further troubleshooting has successfully solved the problem. It was a missing a } in All.aspx.cs. I inserted the missing } and have executed the code.
