Default Chapter 7 Can't install NuGet

Tried to add Microsoft.AspNet.FriendlyUrls.Core package to the site but it won't work. I keep getting the following error, Please help.

PM> Install-Package Microsoft.AspNet.FriendlyUrls.Core

Install-Package : The current environment doesn't have a solution open.

Solution found.

Go to file Save all

And then install

you must have a solution(website) opened in the solution Explorer when install NuGet!
